Mission Statement

This mission of Isenberg Center for Immigration Empowerment (ICIE) is to challenge our society to be more accepting of foreign nationals that have settled in the United States and whose presence has made them contributing members of our society and deserving of being known as "Noncitizen Americans." Where harm has come to "Noncitizen Americans," ICIE will take those persons' causes with particular emphasis on making sure the Constitution of the United States, and not simple prejudice, is the framework for resolution. ICIE will always place priority on matters where families are separated. ICIE takes great pride in being "a resort of last hope."
