The election is not even over and already Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is letting the Isenberg Center for Immigration Empowerment (ICIE) know that things are about to be radically different. An ICE supervisor informed ICIE’s Attorney, Arturo Rodriguez III, that ICE in Dallas, Texas had new supervisors in place that would no longer be looking favorably on I-246 cases that involve extreme family separation. The supervisor made it very clear that if ICIE were to bring matters to them now that were previously approved for action, we would have a different result. These statements tie in exactly with what ICIE Founder, Ralph Isenberg, was told by an ICE supervisor months ago. “The guy boasted that I best enjoy the relief now because once the election was over it would be business as normal”, Isenberg said. Sadly, Isenberg feels what he was told is the truth and he is preparing the I-Team for much rougher seas.
Isenberg contends that ICE is a papa-military force operating within the borders of the United States that does not know how to take or follow orders. “These people do what they want, when they want and anyone that tries to resist had best know in advance that the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights does not figure into the equation. What matters is brute force because the only way to deal with a bully or thug is to be stronger than them”, Isenberg stated.
“The I-Team will fight ICE until hell freezes over if necessary”, Isenberg promises. Isenberg feels ICE is a bunch of reject cops that other law enforcement agencies reject. “ICE is hardly concerned with anti-terrorism because their actions against foreign nationals are terroristic in nature and is carried out in a cruel and unusual fashion in direct violation of both national and international law”, Isenberg relates.
ICIE is a privately funded relief imitative that is helping hundreds of deserving foreign nationals escape the wrath of deportation. Known as “a resort of last hope”. ICIE provides comprehensive relief to those matters that ICIE accepts. All services provided by ICIE are pro bono. ”Illegal immigration is not about foreign nationals but rather ICE. They are the worst offender of our immigration laws”, Isenberg concludes.
